subtraction formula
Is there a general formula to subract the two previous boxes? Depends what you mean by "boxes" and "previous".

eg. suppose A1 is "income" , B1 as "Fees" and C1 "difference"
type in C2 =a2-b2 copy c2 down. "Durzan" wrote in message ... eg.
