Default Reset Form/Hide Rows based on cell value change

I have a form that has a data validation list in cell A2. I have several
dialog cells F3, G5, H7, I9 that show and hide based on yes and no options.

Here is the scenario. User chooses option from A2, unhides F3 and options,
chooses "no" and opens G5 and so on...

If the user decides to choose another option from A2, I want to be able to
reset the form and hide all of the above dialog cells and options

Any help will be Gold!
