Default how do you show the drop down arrow all of the time?

I have the answer to this question. Go to your toolbar, select Data and
click. Scroll down on that menu and click on filter. Scroll over to "Auto
filter" click it and there you have your ARROWS!

Hope this helps everyone it took me a while to figure this out.
