Default Help tracking inventory

I need help with something that may be very complicated. Ive got a
excel workbook that i use to track inventory at my job. there is
sheet for logging equipment transfers, another to display equipment o
a technicians truck, and another to display equipment in customer
houses, and another for the warehouse. Im looking for a way to ge
excel to automatically look at the log and transfer the equipment fro
truck to truck, truck to customer, truck to warehouse, etc.

example of the log

Equipment ID From To
102 Bryans truck warehouse

once this is logged, can excel go to the technicians page, find 10
under bryan, and move it to the sheet for the warehouse. Oh, also, 10
is an airscrubber. So it needs to be moved from the column o
airscrubbers under bryan to the column of airscrubbers unde
warehouse.

it may be hard to understand this not looking at what im talking about
but any help would be greatly appreciated
