I know that macro named autoexec but i don't know how implemet it.

No, Autoexec is Access I think. Rename it from
Sub Macro1()
or whatever it is called, to
Sub Auto_open()

.... or is the question "how do I write an excel macro ?" That is a longer
story, try to google it first.
