Default Moving from 2000 to XP

My office is currently running Office 2000 on Windows 2000 but will be
converting to Office 2003 and Windows XP.

I've been told everything we currently have in Excel will convert fine, but
I'm curious about Visual Basic. Would someone who has been through that
conversion let me know what to expect? Any terminology changes or issues I
might run into?

everything should work fine since office 2003 fully supports all of2000
features. In 2003 you will find a support to XML format and related issues.
Generally 2003 is more "intelligent" but you won't find it as much helpfull
as you would expect...

VBA remains unchanged between 2000 and 2003.
