Using an equation in a form

Hi,
I have a form which users use to enter data into a database but some of the
fields need to contain an equation.
I.E. if field €œproduct code€ = €œa€ and field €œquantity€ = €œ2€ then field
€œcost€ = lookup value from list and x 2
How do I do this?
