Default Color all cells in a row if row is completely filled?

If I have:

A ¦ B ¦ C ¦ D ¦ E ¦ F ¦ G ¦ H ¦ I ¦ J ¦ K ¦ L ¦ M

------------------------------------------------------------
row 1
row 2

Once all cells in row 1 (from A1 to M1) have something inside, I want
the row to change color.

I also want this conditional formatting to apply to every subsequent
row in the sheet as more info is added.

Any ideas?

Thanks
