Default Hide "All" option in page fields in Pivot Excel

Hi,

I am trying to hide the "All" option from being visible to the user in
page fields in the Pivot chart.

Whenever there are more than 1 fields chosen in the page field, excel
automatically adds "All" field to the page fields value list. We want
to hide it.

Any help is appreciated.

Regards,
Amit
