Default Arrange sheet in specific order with VBA

I have a report I'm sorting into numerous sheets in the same workbook. The
first sheet is titled "All Records". I want to populate "sheet 6" with all
the data from the "All Records" sheet but I want the data in order by
specific text in column B. I want all items with "Black" in column B first,
followed by all rows with "Red" next, then "Blue" followed by "Green". How
would I code something like this? I appreciate your help, thank you.
