![]() Hey everybody, Im trying to compile a list of genes from pubmed at work. To do this, I simply copy and paste the entrez number into pubmed, get the gene, and hyperlink it. I have to do this for 15,000 genes!!! Is there a faster way to doing this, or do I have to continue this grueling process? Thanks -- thassoun ------------------------------------------------------------------------ thassoun's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=35574 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=553342 |

![]() Hello Thassoun, It may be possible to automate the process. This would only be possible if Pubmed supports VBA. I am not familiar with Pubmed so I can't say for sure. If you find out Pubmed does support VBA then it will be possible to make your life easier. If you find out, let me know. You can e-mail me at .
