Default Need Companion Code

I got this code and entered it - And it's great;
Only problem is I think I need the Companion
Delete code in my Workbook_Close Event.
Right now I have "Edit Existing Comment" listed 4 times
When I right-click

What would I enter in the Close event code?

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
With Application.CommandBars("Cell").Controls.Add(tempo rary:=True)
.Caption = "Edit Existing Comment"
.OnAction = "'" & ThisWorkbook.Name & "'!EditComment"
End With
End Sub
