Default Password to access code

Thanks,
will try it shortly.

Does this mean i could possibly access a lost p/w code in another sheet
through here?

Corey,

In VBA, go to the Tools menu, choose VBA Project Properties, then the
Protection tab. Check the "Lock project for viewing" check box and assign
a password. Note, however, that the protection is very weak and there are
any number of tools available for easily breaking the password.

Is there a simple code I can add to prevent someone accessing code in a
workbook, by placing a password on it?
Corey....
