Default roster - printing out who is on

Hi

I am drawing up a roster - the first worksheet has all the names i
alpha order with several columns showing when each person is on th
roster.

what i want to do is on another worksheet, make a "sign on" page, wher
the names of those who are on, say the 9am shift for a particular day
are automatically listed, so they can sign on ...

how to get escel to check the roster?

thanks, ke
