Default How to open a spreadsheet and make changes to it from code?

Does anyone know how to open and excel spreadsheet on the server and make
changes to it and then re-save it? I am trying to do this from an asp.net
web page using OWC11. Thanks.

I have found this info somewhat difficult to locate. Here are two urls I
have collected -

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;306022
http://msdn.microsoft.com/office/def...ych2_part1.asp

I haven't yet used either reference. You can also find some scraps of code
if you Google this newsgroup.
