i have a textbox were you have to type a password
but the password you type is visible

how can you get the letters that you type change into *****

If your textbox is in a userform then that textbox has a property called
PasswordChar. Put something like * in
that property box and you will get exactly what you want.

In the textbox properties, look for the item, "PasswordChar" and enter the
asterisk symbol.
