Default How Do I "Toolbar List"

Hi All
I would like to disable all items that appear in commandbars("Toolbar
List") except Standard and Formatting. Problem is, I wouldn't know how
many items a user will have, therefore I can't specify individually.
Using Excel2003 with XP. Many thks Rgs K
