Default Change color of text segment in msgbox

Hi Bruce,

I want to change the text color of several words in a msgbox text

This is not possible using VBA.

What's the trick?

Design a custom msgbox using a userform.

Not possible. However, you can change the color of all of the text,
in a message box using a Windows setting. A lot of other text
gets changed along with it.

Hmmmmm. Really thought there would be something akin to the html tags i
html that could. I know in a line item in the formula bar I could inser
something like [red] and it would change subsequent over to the color
but it has been a real long time since doing so, so even if it woul
work I probably won't recall the correct syntax. Anyway, if all els
fails, I suspect the good old write-up-my-own-darned-msgbox-form metho
will work!

Thank-you, all, for your input. Hope to return the favor someday
