Help with PasteSpecial

Can someone help me with the syntax for making PasteSpecial work
without selection the range first?

Range("AL1").Select
Selection.Copy
Sheets("Databas_ASI").Select
Range("A2:A27").Select
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteAll, Operation:=xlAdd,
SkipBlanks:= False, Transpose:=False
