Default SUMPRODUCT
I want to sum column "C15:20,C30:C40,C50:C200" with numbers in it, only if
columns "D" or "E" do not have the text of "fill" or "FILL" in either one.

Do columns C and E have the text "fill" in rows 15:20, 30:40, 50:200?
