![]() Hi everyone I hope I have this in the right section I have a transparent box linked to a macro that causes a form t "pop-up" on the spreadsheet when the user thinks s/he is clicking th underlying cell. I want that darned form to always pop-up to cover tha cell and a couple neighboring cells, but so far all I can do is set th position manually by bringing up the form's properties window an setting the Top and Left startup positions, along with setting th placement to manual. That sticks it about where I need it. As long a no one shrinks the darned spreadsheet window or simply clicks and move the idiot form around the screen. Then I look like a complete schmult (OK, I don't know if that is a word in any dialect, but you get th picture) Seems to me there should be a way to anchor such a puppy to a cell, bu I just don't have the smarts yet Help -- brucem ----------------------------------------------------------------------- brucemc's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=3287 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread.php?threadid=54967 |

I've had trouble if the shape isn't completely within the cell (or row for
you???). And did you rightclick on the rectangle select "format autoshape" properties tab select "move and size with cells" I'm not sure what moving the form around the screen means, though. brucemc wrote: Hi everyone- I hope I have this in the right section.
