Default VBA File Variables - User App directory

Hi there,

do you know how I can specify the Windows User App directory in an Excel VBA
macro?
What is the variable to use? (VBA API or Windows environment variables?)

In my case I want to code something like that:

Application.VBE.ActiveVBProject.References.AddFrom File
'CurrentUserAppsDirectoryVariable\Microsoft\Excel\ XlStart\mydll.dll'

and How to check with VBA if the reference already exists?

Thanks very much
