Open the Controls toolbar and click on the DESIGN button. Right click on one
of your button and select FORMAT CONTROL. Click the PROPERTIES tab and set the DON'T MOVE OR SIZE WITH CELLS to True. You can also indicate whether or not you want to print the buttons on this tab as well. -- Kevin Backmann "skysurfer" wrote: About ten years ago, I created a report (a one spreasheet workbook) with 4 command buttons that ran simple macros. ![]() Kevin, These things always happen in crises mode and I really appreciate your quick reply. Thanks! Anyway, I did what you said. In the properties tab of the Format Control window, there are 3 option buttons. The one stating "Don't move or size with cells" is selected...and I still get the same result. In fact, I created a new spreadsheet and placed a giant command button on it. Selected the "Don't move..." property in Format Control, saved the workbook, then printed the page, and the button still flies across the screen. Why is this happening to me??? Lawrence BTW, the version of Excel I'm using is 2002 wth service pack 2. -- skysurfer ------------------------------------------------------------------------ skysurfer's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=34756 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=545184 |
