Default Creating Help Files with HTML Workshop

Hello-

After hours of using different code, both from websites, Excel and
Access bibles, I cannot find some simple code that will display the
table of contents for my help file created with the HTML Help System
from Microsoft. When accessed, the help file shows the default
contextID.

Is there code that will show the TOC page first rather than the default
index?

Regards,
Todd
