I have to seperate each name with more columns where the "problems" reside. So : A B C D Name 1 problem1 problem2 problem3 Name 2 problem1 problem2 Name 3 problem1 Anybody a solution to do this automaticly with an formula or macro. I have about 2000 names !!!
