Default Creating Comment Programatically

I have an excel spreadsheet with two worksheets: A and B.

Worksheet "A" contains:
1) Function [column A]
2) Description [column B]

I want to consolodate everything in worksheet B and have the
description as a comment.

For example, all you would see in column A is:

myFunctionA [popup comment: updates a database]
myFunctionB [popup comment: queries a database]
myFunctionC [popup comment: deletes a file]

However, I do not know the first thing about VB. I am a programmer,
but have never programmed in a visual language.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks.
