Hi really helpful people

I have a combo box created using control toolbox that is linked to a
worksheet cell. When the value in the combo box is changed it triggers macro
that works well and the value in the linked cell also changes. When I
manually change the value in the cell, the combo box value changes and that
triggers the macro. This also works well.

Here's the but..
When I change the linked cell value within a macro, it does what it is
supposed to but then bombs. Excel sends me this nasty message that it can't
handle what I want to do; it has run out of memory, etc.

Any idea what might be going wrong?
