Default How would you access an email address in Outlook from excel?

For instance lets say I need to send an email to 5 different people that
are all part of an Outlook group. This would allow a non-programming
person the ability to add, delete or change the group without needing
to change code. Only I don’t know how to grab the data nor search for
it in outlook. I have looked at Ron’s email stuff but it does not
address this situation. Any examples would be very helpful.

Thank you
