Default Event Change Copy

Need help!!!!

Let us say everytime I enter "YES" in column B in the same row I want to
insert the following formula:
=IF(B4="Yes",C4&E4,"") and highlith it in green.

How can I do it?

Sorry! But I missed to say that I need to insert that formula in the
corresponding row but column A.
