Default Help with rolling quarter figure on a pivot table


hi

I wanted to find out how do I get a rolling quarter figures as a fiel
on a pivot table. I know that if I select the months individually I ca
get the rolling quarter figures. But I would llike it a bit mor
automated as the users I am send this off to have little or n
experience with pivot tables.

Any help much appreciate

Default Help with rolling quarter figure on a pivot table

How to do that will depend on which version of xl you are using. The pivot
table engine chaned in 2002 and the coding is different depending which
version you have. Here is a link to Debra's site (she is a pivot table

I am using xl 2000 but will also be viewed on xl97. if that helps

Default Help with rolling quarter figure on a pivot table


not sure if this is a bug but the first item on my page field does not
have a drop down list which I can select a value. The rest of the
fields on page part of the wizards seems to be fine.
