Default Joining identical items to show as one????

Hello to all....I have a task to join several identical items as one. I
have tried the Pivot Table but it just gives me qtys. There is hundres
(thousands) of entries and to be deleting the extra ones takes a long
time. Is there a formula to just show one row of each? See Below.
Thanks.
