Default Sending tasks from Excel 2000 to Outlook 2000

Hello. I have questions about excel vba coding.
Recently, I have been working on a form in excel 2000 in order to send
new tasks to outlook by submitting the form. I wonder how I can work
this out with vba coding. Can anyone give me a hand?
