listbox and vertical scrollbar

I have a userform with a listbox. The listbox has a vertical scrollbar.
However, each time the userform is loaded, the vertical scrollbar is at the
bottom of the list. How can I get the scroll, when loaded, at the top of my
list? Thanks in advance.
