Default refreshing ComboBox values

Hi All!

I am having trouble refreshing a ComboBox on a UserForm. Here's m
situation. I have a user form with a combo box that is populated wit
all open excel documents starting with "Book". The problem is that i
I close a "Book" spreadsheet and it's still an option in the combobo
next time around. Is there any way for the combo box not to remembe
the last selected option?

Also, Is there any way to prevent the combo box displaying a blan
field? I thought of using

UserForm1.ComboBox1.ListIndex = 0

however there is an error if there are no workbooks open when the use
activates the form. Is there any way to check that there are vali
workbooks open before setting the ListIndex?

I understand that this is quite a long question, so thanks for reading
Any help would be great. Thanks in advance
