Default Strange Pane

This is the the same as you would get using View=Toolbars or right clicking
on a toolbar. I can not say why you are getting it unless you are using
sendkeys or something.

Default Strange Pane

Thanks Tom,

In the pic I intentionally right_clicked on the Pane to show you al
that pane has a property like a tool bar, but why? and how can I tur
it off, maybe manually or automatically (programming).
I need your help from you all.
Thanks

I had the same problem. It looked like it only happened when I had an
AutoRecovery document present (clicking Yes I want to view these files
later). My AutoRecover folder was the same as the toolbar document
(Excel11.xlb) so I changed the AutoRecovery folder, cleaned up the
AutoRecovery Documents and have not had the problems since.

Not that this makes very much sense, but it may work for you also.
