Default help with automating saving spreadsheet on the click of a button

I have a form which when I press a command button, it will bring up the
screen asking where I want to save it, all pretty normal except I want
the default save filename to be derived from cells in the spreadsheet
and todays date.

Can this be done?

Bit more information

the cell formula would look something like this:

=TEXT(B7,0)&" - "&TEXT(E4,0)&" - "&TEXT(MONTH(B23),"MMMM")&"
"&TEXT(YEAR(B23),0)&" - Resource Request.xls"
