Default Excel/VB Job

What is the appropriate channel through which to find Excel/VB
developers?
I am looking for a Excel/VB developer with the necessary experience to
do tasks like the following:

Improve existing Excel addins
Improve existing VB IDE addins for developer productivity, especially
automatic code generation
Add new functionality to existing object-oriented VB DLLs
Improve existing Outlook addins to automate repetitive tasks
Parse, cleanse, and upload data to SQL Server
Write SQL queries
Create ad-hoc excel spreadsheets and VB executables.

This position would be for a front-office VB developer position on the
credit desk of a major MBS hedge fund. Excel, VBA, VB6 experience
required. VB.NET, SQL Server 2005 knowledge very useful. Candidates
should be very familiar with object oriented programming and ADO.

College recruiting and headhunters have not found anyone good. I am
specifically asking the MVPs - where do i find good people to do this
sort of work?

It's beyond me, but I posted it in a private newsgroup that MVPs can access.

Maybe someone will contact you.
