Default VBA bombing out on this line

Could anyone help me understand what is wrong with this VBA line?
Target.Offset(0, 1).Formula =
"=VLOOKUP($C$1,CompConv,3,FALSE)*VLOOKUP(" + Target.Formula +
",CompConv,3,FALSE)"

How do I concatenate Target.Formula into a string??
