Default PrefixCharacter

How do I change the default PrefixCharacter in a worksheet from a single
quote (apostrophe) to another character?

I need to process text records that may begin with a single quote.

Thanks in Advance

I believe you will have to process them after the fact, testing for a
prefixcharacter.
