Default DatePicker

I'm trying to get datepicker to produce military style times in a form.
(Excel 2K, mscomctl.ocx).

Control formats are long date, short date, time or custom. Custom seems to
produce only hh:mm and gives a date calendar when clicked. Does anyone know
where I can find more information on the control?
