Default call a "dll" in Excel X for mac?

Hi all,

on windows i created a dll, written in C++, that exports some functions
and these functions can in turn be called in excel via VB.

Is it possible to do something similar with mac os x? I tried the naive
way but could not get it to work...

Config: OS X 10.2.8 / Excel X / Project Builder

Thanks for your help and advice,

Laurent
