Default copy a workbook outside of excel

was wondering if there is a line or 2 of code that would copy a workbook into
the same folder with another name.

if i load the workbook and save it with a new name, it updates all of the links
in the master workbook (which is open, too) to the new name. so i figured i
would ask how to do it with a shell or some other means.
