Hi,
I want to create an excel file and rename the excel file. Please tel
me the code for the same.

Hi Ashish,

Try something like:

Public Sub Tester001()
Dim WB As Workbook

Set WB = Workbooks.Add

WB.SaveAs Filename:="My Workbook" & ".xls", _
FileFormat:=xlWorkbookNormal

End Sub
