Default Arrange Meeting in Excel

Hi,
i want to set my meetings/Appointments in excel, i have the folowing Columns
in my sheet:
Column A = Day (i write name of the day in this coloumn)
Column B = Date
Column C = Time
Column D = Description of the Meeting.

so, what i want from excel to do for me is just to make the row bold based
on date and time of the day (e.g. today is 23rd February, and the timeis
2:30 pm, so, in my excel sheet i should see the row which includes the date
23rd of feburary bold, and the time 2:30 pm bold). i am using the date
formula for entering dates. and i am using excel 2003 Version 11

thanks.
