Default Pupulating Worksheet from word Using Word VBA

I am currently trying to find a way using Word VBA to populate an excel
worksheet with information gathered on the Word UserForm that I have
developed. The Userfom contacins a number of textboxes, combo boxes and
option buttons.

As mentioned I would like to have this information exported to excel when
the OK button is clicked. Would someone be able to help me out with this? I
should mention that I am a rookie at the VBA side of things.
