How deeply do you want this automated? Are you pushing this from an Excel
macro or pulling it from a Word macro? Why not just copy your stuff while in Excel, then open the Word doc and paste? Ed "Ctech" wrote in message ... NICOLLE, L.,1990. Why don't you use Word's mail merge function, your spreadsheet's fields
