With Selection.Interior
.ColorIndex = 37
.Pattern = xlSolid
End With
Selection.Font.ColorIndex = 3
Selection.Font.Bold = True

"dd/mm/yyyy" ' <==== set as a date format

Avoid selecting if possible as it is inefficient.
