Default Displaying forms in Excel with vb.net

Greetings. I have created a vb.net addin for Excel which show some
forms. Now there seems to be a resource problem: a simple form
(AboutBox) I can display with form.Show() only 10 times, a more complex
input form only once. After that the add-in stops to respond. Does
anyone experienced similar problems?
