Default RollDown ListBox in a macro

I often need, in a macro, an instruction taht will display a long lis
from which to select an item and paste into the current Active Cell.
For selecting the item I envisage a one-line window on top of th
ListBox on which I will type characters from the item I want so tha
with each character I type the selection bar within the box will mov
closer to that item.
Many thanks in advance to any good samaritan who can help.
