I am looking for a way to automate excel macros to run on a 30 min intervals
without interaction. Is there a code for this?

Chip Pearson describes how to use OnTime:

But you may have to change your macros to avoid interaction.

Would this also fit if I were looking at certain times of the hour to have
this run....if I were to have this run 10 min past the half hour (1:10 and
then again at 1:40)
